A COVID-19 Update from J A Rodriguez, CPA, LLC
It’s hard to find the words to talk about how dramatically life has changed in the past few months, weeks, days, and even hours. What started as a few blips in our news alerts back at the beginning of the year has exploded into a pandemic the likes of which we haven’t encountered, not as a generation, not as a people - in over a century.
On behalf of everyone at J A Rodriguez, CPA, LLC, our hearts go out to all those impacted by COVID-19 – this includes not only those diagnosed with the virus but also their family, friends and loved ones. To the doctors, nurses and medical staff on the front lines we express our heartfelt gratitude. We continue to keep everyone in our thoughts and prayers. But, more than that, we support your efforts with the efforts of our own to prevent illness and flatten the curve of COVID-19.
The city of Miami and its people have been through so much and today is no different. We take on this new challenge hand in hand with the rest of the world. Please be cautious and stay safe to help reduce the spread of the virus. The situation is changing rapidly, and to do our part in slowing the spread of the virus, we have decided to permanently close our physical office. The closure will go into effect on Thursday, March 19th. We feel this is in the best interest of our staff and clients. Although our physical office is closed, we will remain operational as our entire team continues to work remotely. We remain open and ready to serve you through email and our Liscio app.
There is no question this is a time of great uncertainty. While we don’t know exactly what the future may hold, we feel confident that by working together and supporting each other, we’ll emerge from this stronger than before. Of course, we will continue to monitor the situation closely every day. Security is one of our top priorities during this time. We would like to assure you that we are taking all the necessary measures to ensure your information is secure.
We appreciate your business and understanding during this unprecedented time. We remain committed and focused on the safety and health of our families, employees, clients, and communities, as well as providing you the support that you need. Stay safe and thank you for being part of our team.
